Building an Organization

When you build a candle business organization by sponsoring others into the Candle of the Month Program you can earn 5-10% of the commissionable volume of all the distributors in your organization.

This plan was designed to benefit both the part-time and full-time distributor. That is why the larger commission is at both the 1st and 6th levels.

You earn 10% on the 1st and 6th levels and 5% on levels 2 through 5. Then once you reach the level of Triple Diamond you will earn 5% from level 7 and 8. Then at Director, you are eligible for bonus pools based upon commissionable company volume — that's huge.
